I received the shipment 50 days after ordering, longer delivery. The contents were fine but the device was not functional even after charging. I unscrewed the cover from the bottom, three screws, one is under the magnet, which needs to be removed. After opening it, I found that one wire had come loose from the circuit board. After its soldering, the device is functional, it welds PVC packaging. It was probably a manufacturing defect, the seller is reliable.
