1.)What are the shipping methods and shipping costs?

We are glad to bring our customers great value for money and services. We provide free shipping worldwide with no hidden charges. Shipping class is thru ePacket, FedEx, DHL, EMS, or Standard Economy Shipping. In the USA delivery is catered by USPS and UPS services. Some product offers 7-12 days of fast shipping in the US and EU.

2.)Which payment methods are accepted?

Payment methods include PayPal, Bank Transfer(Debit/Visa/Mastercard), and Credit cards thru Paypal services.
PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. It caters to buyer’s payment protection. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make a payment.

PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.

2) You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.

3) You can use PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.

Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.
The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal: Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.

When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.

3.)What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We are glad to bring our customers great value for money and services. We provide free shipping without minimum order cost requirements. The shipping class is thru USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, ePacket, EMS, or Standard/Economy Free Shipping.

4.)Is cancellation of orders Allowed?

    • All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

5.)What about order refunds?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for the ordered products if:

    • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 1-3 day processing)
    • you receive the wrong item
    • you do not want the product you’ve received (but you must return the item and the item must be unused)
